Welcome to the biggest cycling spectacle on the planet, the Tour de France. This is the most famous cycling event in the world and every cyclist dreams of being part of a life changing experience.
Historically, the Tour has always consisted of an established formula, with the first stages along the flat and the obligated time trial. This is not where the Tour is won. It is in the second week, when the climbing starts and the drama unfolds. We take you those stages where emotions run high and you will feel like the pros do.
Our Tour is not only about climbing the mythical cols, we take you to the most emblematic and most beautiful regions of France. Cols such as the Madeleine, the Galibier, the Croix de Fer are just a few of the giants that you will conquer in this week. The historic cities of Annecy and Briançon do not hide their love for the Tour and are compulsary stops.
In recent years, several new itineraries have been introduced to the Tour, less known to the public but equally stunning to ride. Lacets de Montvernier and the Col de Chaussy are amazing climbs and a joy for any cyclist to experience. Historically the Tour is won on the last stages, and keeping this in mind, we want you to feel that same excitement of a last touch climb. So the last stage of our Tour takes us up the 2802m of La Bonette. A final day of downhill to enjoy the beautiful surroundings will leave us at our final destination, the beautiful city of Nice.
